How can I participate in Djugo?
Via SMS: If you come across one of the Djugo-promotions on the internet, you may decide to try. (Usually, you will be expected to solve a question or a puzzle, with an opportunity to win a prize). Text the keyword, to the mentioned short code (e.g. SMS IPHONE to 80161) or fill in the pincode at the landingpage. After you have opted-in to our service you will receive a message containing the first puzzle. From this moment you can join in on trying to win the prize.
Via free entry method: You can also enter the contest free of charge by sending a postcard with your details (name, address, e-mail address etc.) to the following addres: Djugo, The Triangle, 5 Hammersmith Grove, London, W6 OLG. For which prizes will I play?
With Djugo you can play for different prizes. You decide which prizes you play for. Before a games starts you will always be informed what prize you are playing for. For an overview of all current prizes, see the page ‘

Is there a difference between local and global prizes?
Yes there is. If a promotion is global, it means you will compete against players worldwide to win the prize promoted. For a local prize you only have to compete against players from your own country. The coverage of the promotion will be mentioned under ‘products and prizes’
How can I win the prize?
You need to answer as many questions correct as possible in order to have the biggest chance to win the prize. At the close of the promotion, the winner will be drawn from all correctly answered puzzles. This means that all correctly answered puzzles are a “ticket”to win the prize. The person with the most correctly answered puzzles will therefore have an equally higher chance to win the prize in the draw.
How many times can I play and will my score expire if I don’t play the game?
You can play as many times as you want. When you decide to stop your answers correctly will be kept. Any time you want you can continue to answer the puzzle without opting-in again.
When will I hear whether or not I won a prize?
Within 5 working days after closing a promotion, the winner will be contacted via their mobile phone number that was used to play the game. If this person cannot be reached, number 2 will be called. This process will repeat itself until we can get a hold of someone. The winner will be called during one week, twice a day. If the phone is not answered, no claims can be made to the prize. The results are not open to correspondence.
When will I receive my prize?
The prizes will be delivered at the address provided by the winner within 2 months after being provided the address by the winner, or in case of a cash prize, credited to an appointed account number after being provided with the account number of the winner. Djugo reserves the right to replace the product / service with a similar product / service of equal value. The prize must be accepted as offered, and is not transferable or severable. Djugo is not responsible for delays caused by mail or other suppliers.
